A longtime Central Texan, Ben grew up in San Antonio and earned his BA in Speech Communications at Texas State University in San Marcos. Austin has been his home ever since. Having lived all over the Austin metro area, Ben has firsthand experience in many of Austin's neighborhoods. Before getting his broker’s license, Ben worked for C3 Presents, which was the largest independent concert promoter in the world. He also worked in education technology before turning his attention solely to real estate.

Ben was drawn towards a career in real estate after purchasing his first home. As he experienced the process from the buyer's perspective, he found that helping people purchase and sell their homes would be an exciting and challenging venture. Throughout his career, Ben has developed a strong network of professional and personal relationships across the region, forming a strong referral network of buyers, sellers, and investors. Ben works with clients from all walks of life, many of which come directly through trusted referrals.

Being a teacher and mentor at heart, Ben has a particular soft spot for young homebuyers searching for their first place, whether looking for a condo close to the downtown action, a starter home for a new family, or a quiet Hill Country property to enjoy the beautiful Texas sunsets. He loves helping clients to find the right neighborhood for their lifestyle, with candid feedback about schools, commuting times/traffic, walkability, and projected area growth. Ben understands that so much of what people buy when they invest in a home is a lifestyle.

When he's not working on behalf of his clients, he can be found playing golf, enjoying live music, working out, and BBQing with his friends. Ben's love for Austin runs deep, but he also likes to stamp his passport once in a while, with Canada and Australia being his two favorite recent getaways.
